Bug reports, questions, feature requests and licence problems all go to one address, and the person who reads it is the person who wrote the app.
I aim to reply within two working days. There is no ticketing system and no chatbot in the way.
Four things make almost any Fader bug findable. If you have them to hand, include them:
A screenshot is welcome but never required. Fader has no analytics and sends nothing anywhere, so a report is genuinely the only way a problem reaches me.
Fader is sold through the Mac App Store, so purchases, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple rather than by me — start at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something about your licence looks wrong inside the app, write to me anyway and I will help you work out which side it sits on.
Emailing me means I hold your address and whatever you wrote until the matter is closed. Nothing else. See the privacy notice for what Fader itself collects, which is nothing.
